Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager. T

he role involves conducting comprehensive SEO audits, performing keyword research, and executing link-building strategies to enhance online visibility.

The SEO Manager will also analyze web performance through analytics tools and align SEO initiatives with marketing and business objectives.

Collaboration with clients to achieve their mission-driven goals and continuous improvement of strategies forms a critical part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting SEO Audits and developing actionable insights
• Strong skills in Keyword Research and implementation for effective ranking strategies
• Experience in Link Building to strengthen domain authority and online presence
• Expertise in Web Analytics to evaluate SEO performance and identify opportunities
• Background in Marketing to integrate SEO efforts into broader digital strategies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a remote work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or related field is preferred
• Experience working with mission-driven organizations is a plus
