Hamilton Emails is an elite ecommerce retention agency that has generated $20M+ in revenue for our clients. We help 6-8 figure brands maximise customer retention through Email, SMS, and Direct Mail. We’re looking for a high-impact strategist to join us part-time with a clear path to full-time based on performance.
This role is a client-facing, strategic position where you’ll drive marketing outcomes that impact revenue. If you love solving complex retention challenges, optimising Klaviyo flows, and working with high-growth brands—this is for you.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
- Lead Retention Marketing Strategy → Manage 8-10 ecommerce accounts, optimising email/SMS flows, campaigns, and subscriptions.
- Own Client Relationships → Be the go-to marketing expert, presenting results, solving retention challenges, and aligning strategies with your clients business goals.
- Manage an Email Team → Work with copywriters, designers and specialists to execute your strategies.
- Analyse & Optimise → Track campaign performance, LTV, cohort data, and make data-driven decisions to improve revenue impact.
- Drive Revenue Outcomes → Your success is measured by real financial impact to our client accounts, not vanity metrics.
What You’ll Bring (Required Skills & Experience)
- 2+ years in ecommerce marketing (agency experience preferred).
- 1+ years experience managing Klaviyo & retention strategies.
- Proven success with high-revenue brands (Brands with $300K+/yr in sales).
- Strong analytical skills (LTV, cohort analysis, unit economics).
- Confident in leading strategy & presenting to clients.
- Basic copywriting skills (you’ll brief copywriters, not write full campaigns).
- Familiarity with Shopify, Google Analytics, AirTable, and retention analytics tools.
Compensation & Career Growth
- Part-time (20hrs/week) USD$20,000 - $27,000 base salary with a clear transition path to full-time based on performance.
