Position Overview We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who has a strategic mindset, analytical expertise, and hands-on marketing execution experience to join our team. This role will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of Goldcast Content Lab in mid-market and enterprise companies. The ideal candidate e is passionate about helping marketers drive business impact by repurposing and amplifying video content. You’ll thrive in this role if you are a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about innovative growth strategies. You are accountable to goals and targets and are always in pursuit of better, more efficient ways to achieve desired outcomes. This role will have the freedom to run innovative experiments to drive the growth and adoption of Goldcast Content Lab. What You’ll Do

  • Campaign Execution and Growth Experimentation: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (paid channels, email, LinkedIn) to drive leads for Goldcast Content Lab. Foster a culture of experimentation by constantly testing new channels, strategies, and tools to engage our target audience and drive growth.
  • Content Creation and Channel Optimization: Partner with the content team to produce robust content — blogs, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing materials. Optimize content and channels to attract and engage target audience effectively.
  • Personalized Outreach and Lead Nurturing: Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and video messages to build relationships. Maintain consistent follow-up with leads through personalized communications to ensure continued engagement and support.
  • Product Demos and Customer Success: Schedule and conduct live demos to showcase Goldcast Content Lab's capabilities and benefits. Provide comprehensive onboarding to new users to ensure effective adoption and usage.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, campaign results, and user feedback to continuously refine growth strategies and identify new opportunities for engagement and conversion.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, focused on growth marketing and demand creation and capture.
  • Proven ability to take projects from inception to execution, scaling growth initiatives that drive measurable impact.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics and experimentation.
  • Strong attention to detail, action-oriented, and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent collaborator with experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams.

Goldcast is a remote organization with access to an office in Boston for occasional gatherings. Goldcast.io offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth and development. The salary range for this role is $105,000-$130,000, with flexibility based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
