Future-Able is looking for a Director of Growth & Acquisition Marketing to work for:Naked & Thriving

A fast-growing, mission-driven skincare brand rooted in clean, high-performance ingredients and purposeful sustainability. We’ve built a loyal DTC following and a strong Amazon presence - and we’re seeking a Director of Growth & Acquisition Marketing to lead our next phase of expansion.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven growth leader to own customer acquisition and full-funnel performance across DTC (Shopify) and Amazon.

You’ll oversee paid media strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, and emerging channels - while also shaping lifecycle performance in partnership with the Retention, Brand, and Creative teams.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role that blends performance marketing, growth strategy, and creative testing discipline. You’ll report directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive sustainable, profitable growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and optimize paid acquisition across Meta, Google, Amazon Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and new channels.
  • Develop and scale a holistic customer acquisition strategy balancing CAC efficiency, LTV, and ROAS/MER.
  • Oversee both the Acquisition and Retention functions, ensuring cross-channel alignment and messaging consistency.
  • Partner with Creative and Brand teams to develop and test high-performing ad concepts, landing pages, and funnels.
  • Drive A/B testing, conversion optimization, and creative iteration to improve site and ad performance.
  • Build and manage media budgets, forecasts, and reporting dashboards; analyze data to surface insights and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a small, high-performing team and external partners, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and experimentation.
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, privacy updates, and best practices in performance and lifecycle marketing.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing roles at high-growth DTC or omnichannel brands.
  • Proven success managing 7-figure budgets across Meta, Google, and Amazon Ads.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Analytics (GA4), and attribution tools.
  • Experience partnering with or leading Retention (Email, SMS, Subscription) programs.
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret data, model LTV:CAC, and translate insights into strategy.
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to zoom out on strategy and dive into execution.
  • Deep understanding of how creative drives performance; comfortable briefing, testing, and iterating ads.
  • Passion for building brands that balance purpose, performance, and profit.
