About the RoleSeeking a Director of Ecommerce Marketing to lead and scale our full digital and marketplace growth engine across Amazon, Walmart, and omnichannel platforms. This role owns strategy and execution across Amazon SEO, retail media, paid acquisition, video, and content, while directly tying marketing impact to SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning).Key Responsibilities- Own Amazon strategy (Seller/Vendor Central, Ads, SEO, A+, Storefronts)- Lead performance marketing across Google, Microsoft (Bing/MSN), Meta, TikTok- Drive video-first content strategy across marketplaces and paid channels- Own marketplace SEO, keyword ranking, and conversion optimization- Lead full-funnel acquisition strategy optimizing ROAS, CAC, and LTVSIOP & Cross-Functional Leadership- Translate marketing plans into demand forecasts and inventory requirements- Integrate campaign strategy into SIOP planning cycles- Align demand generation with supply chain, procurement, and fulfillment- Provide visibility into marketing-driven demand lift and risksLifecycle Strategy (Startup → Scale → Enterprise)- Launch brands with SEO, listings, reviews, and initial paid media- Scale through multi-channel acquisition and conversion optimization- Optimize established brands with advanced analytics and demand planningQualifications- 5+ years ecommerce marketing experience- Amazon expertise required (ads, SEO, content, ranking)- Experience with Google, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok- Strong analytical and leadership capabilitiesWhat Success Looks Like- Predictable demand aligned with inventory via SIOP- Scalable multi-channel growth engine- Strong conversion and ranking across marketplaces- Clear visibility into marketing’s impact on revenue and operations
