Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate Volunteer Marketing & Communications Specialist to help amplify our voice, strengthen our impact, and engage supporters globally. This role will develop and manage communications strategies, digital content, and brand visibility initiatives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase awareness and engagement
- Manage social media accounts and ensure consistent brand storytelling
- Develop compelling content: posts, newsletters, press releases, short videos, and campaign messaging
- Support website updates and content development
- Coordinate communication for fundraising campaigns, mission events, and outreach programs
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights for improvement
- Uphold brand voice, visual identity, and organizational messaging standards
- Composes draft speeches for senior management and assists with finalizing speeches.
- Presents design ideas and recommendations to marketing manager, committee, or sales team.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, etc.) preferred
- Familiarity with nonprofit marketing is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a remote team
- Passion for humanitarian work and faith-based mission values

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
