About the Role
We're partnering with a leading Oracle/NetSuite reseller to find an exceptional HubSpot Consultant who can drive marketing automation, optimize sales processes, and deliver measurable results through the HubSpot platform.
As a HubSpot Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to design, implement, and optimize HubSpot solutions that transform their marketing, sales, and service operations. You'll be the strategic advisor and technical expert who turns business challenges into automated, scalable solutions.
Remote - U.S. or Canada
This is a full-time position and we will set you up to work remotely from your home office. We are interested in candidates with citizenship or permanent residency in U.S. or Canada.
Responsibilities
- Platform Implementation & Optimization
- Configure and customize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, and CMS Hub to meet client business objectives
- Design and build automated workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, and sales sequences
- Create custom dashboards, reports, and attribution models to track performance
- Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies that generate qualified leads
- Implement lead scoring models and nurturing workflows
- Optimize SEO strategies using HubSpot's native tools
- Design high-converting landing pages and email campaigns
- Technical Integration & Data Management
- Integrate HubSpot with ERPs (Oracle, NetSuite), CRMs, and other business systems via APIs
- Leverage middleware tools (Zapier, Workato) and custom integrations
- Execute data migrations and data cleansing initiatives
- Build custom reports and analytics dashboards
- Campaign & Content Management
- Create automated email sequences with advanced personalization
- Design and optimize landing pages and blog content
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance
- Track and report on KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and
Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and multiple Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS)
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing inbound marketing campaigns
- Track record of measurable lead generation results
- Strong technical skills including API integrations and data management
- Experience building custom reports and attribution models
- Proficiency in workflow automation and campaign optimization
Required Skills
- HubSpot API integration experience (bonus: ERP/NetSuite integrations)
- Familiarity with middleware tools (Zapier, Workato, or custom scripts)
- Data migration and database cleansing expertise
- Advanced analytics and reporting capabilities
- Landing page and blog optimization
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization

- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
- HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
- HubSpot Sales Software Certification
- HubSpot CMS for Developers (highly desirable)
