About Us:

Dog Friendly Co. creates premium, lifestyle-inspired dog activewear and accessories. We're growing fast and need a content-first social media lead who knows how to grab attention, drive engagement, and turn views into customers.

What You'll Do:

• Own content creation-videos, reels, stories, photos, and captions-for Instagram, TikTok, and more
• Write compelling, on-brand captions that drive engagement
• Stay ahead of trends and apply them creatively to our content
• Be out in the community capturing real-life moments with dog owners
• Plan and lead social media growth strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with our team to align content with marketing calendars
• Run monthly content performance reviews and strategy sessions
• Lead brand research and trend spotting to keep us sharp and relevant

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience creating viral, engaging social content 
• Confident on camera and comfortable filming in public
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and content trends
• Highly independent and adaptable to fast-changing trends
• A genuine love for dogs and an understanding of the unique bond between humans and their pets.
• Portfolio, social handles, or examples of previous work are a must
