We're looking for a sharp, data-driven Growth Hacker to supercharge our user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. As part of our agile team in the electric vehicle (EV) and mobility tech space, you'll experiment across the entire funnel - from awareness to won deals - and help scale our B2B SaaS platform efficiently and creatively.
This is an ideal role for someone who is a self-starter, can work independently with minimal supervision, thrives in a dynamic environment, and is passionate about cracking the code of scalable growth.
Your Mission
Your main responsibility will be generating leads.
- Identify high-leverage growth opportunities using data, creativity, and rapid experimentation.
- Design and test scalable customer acquisition campaigns across digital channels (LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, partnerships).
- Continuously improve messaging, landing pages, funnels, and lead flows to drive conversion rates.
- Work closely with product and sales to develop aligned go-to-market actions and feedback loops.
- Analyze metrics, track cohort behavior, and make data-backed recommendations to guide decisions.
- Build and repurpose content that fuels growth across channels: articles, case studies, email drips, and more.
- Coordinate targeted events (e.g., webinars, industry trade shows) for lead generation and brand visibility.
What You Bring
- Proven experience driving growth in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up (3+ years).
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, funnel optimization, and user behavior analytics.
- Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Google/LinkedIn Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
- Content marketing skills with a knack for writing persuasive, conversion-focused copy.
- A self-starter mindset - you take ownership, test relentlessly, and move fast without waiting for direction.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, international setting.
Bonus Points
- Experience in EV, energy, or mobility industries.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies
- Design or creative direction skills
- Technical understanding of complex B2B products.
- Experience working across different time zones.
