Bootstrapped and founded in 2024, they’ve reached $1M ARR within their first year and now serve over 400 paying customers. Having built strong traction through content-led growth and a loyal user base in the agency space, they’re now looking for a Partnerships Manager to accelerate expansion through strategic alliances, joint ventures, and software integrations.
Key Highlights:
- Bootstrapped SaaS business founded in 2024, reaching $1M ARR within the first year.
- High established Founding team.
- 400+ paying customers and 150 active trials, with a core focus on marketing agencies and SMBs.
- $290 average monthly subscription value.
- Early commercial hire - a pivotal role in the company’s growth journey with clear scope for progression and potential equity.
- Clear ROI: faster speed-to-lead, higher conversion rates, and reduced manual workload for inbound and SDR teams.
- Partnerships Manager will develop relationships with complementary software platforms, marketing communities, and content creators to drive co-marketing, integrations, and affiliate growth.
- Self-serve sales model - customers typically sign up and activate without direct sales intervention.
- Product automates lead nurturing and appointment booking through multi-channel AI engagement.
- Lean 8-person team, including founders, product, customer success, and support.
- Fast-growing, content-led business with over 25M annual impressions across digital channels.
- Planning a strategic investment round with industry leaders.
- Entrepreneurial, creative culture - suited to proactive self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fully remote working.
- £60k base x 2 OTE, other benefits to be discussed.
The Role:
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships with complementary software providers, marketing communities, and content creators to drive new user acquisition and revenue growth.
- Attending in person events such as conferences and partner meets. They find this to be an effective method of cementing relationships.
- Building co-marketing campaigns, joint ventures, and integration opportunities that deliver value for both partners and end customers.
- Owning the full partnership lifecycle – from identifying and engaging new partners to onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for partner relationships, ensuring clear communication, mutual value creation, and ongoing collaboration.
- Working closely with the founders and marketing team to launch new partnership initiatives, webinars, and affiliate campaigns.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance product distribution and market reach through ecosystem integrations.
- Measuring and reporting on partnership performance, revenue attribution, and engagement outcomes.
- Playing a key role as one of the company’s early commercial hires – shaping the partnership strategy and building the foundations for future growth and leadership opportunities.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in partnerships within a SaaS or digital marketing environment.
- Proven ability to identify, negotiate, and activate strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue and user growth.
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
- Comfortable managing a wide range of partners - from software integrations to affiliate and content collaborations.
- Commercially minded with the ability to align partnership goals to broader business objectives.
- Confident communicator capable of representing the brand in webinars, joint marketing campaigns, and external partner discussions.

- Creative and strategic thinker who enjoys experimenting with new partnership channels and ideas.
- Ambitious and growth-driven - excited by the opportunity to shape the partnership's function and progress quickly as the business scales.
