We’ve worked with the fastest growing startups in Silicon Valley, been a trusted partner with the top testing tools, and served as growth advisors for VC-backed startups in a wide range of industries. We’ve generated over $247 million in tracked revenue from a/b testing for clients and have launched and managed CRO for 155 different businesses.

About You

Role ObjectivesDivision Growth & Strategy
- Build and execute strategic roadmap for the performance marketing division
- Develop service offerings that drive client acquisition
- Scale division revenue through retainer-based clients
- Create standardized processes and playbooks for service delivery
- Set monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Develop and close new business opportunities
- Create and maintain service packages and pricing
- Lead sales presentations and client negotiations
- Manage existing client relationships and upsells
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
Client Success & Delivery
- Ensure exceptional campaign performance across all client accounts
- Ability to get hands-on and actively manage clients when necessary
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Drive consistent ROI improvements through systematic optimization
- Develop scalable reporting and communication frameworks
- Oversee campaign strategy across all accounts
- Ensure consistent ROI and ROAS targets
- Manage monthly budgets and forecasting
- Review and approve campaign optimizations
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting
- Maintain platform certifications and best practices
Team Development
- Build and mentor a high-performing performance marketing team
- Create training programs and growth paths for team members
- Establish performance metrics and quality standards
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams
On-going ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership
- Set strategic vision and growth targets for the division
- Develop and maintain service offerings and pricing models
- Lead client acquisition efforts and sales processes
- Build relationships with platform partners and industry networks
Campaign Excellence
- Oversee campaign strategy and execution across paid search and social
- Drive innovation in targeting, creative, and optimization approaches
- Establish best practices and quality standards
- Monitor and improve campaign performance metrics
Team & Process Management
- Recruit and develop performance marketing talent
- Create systems and SOPs for campaign management
- Establish workflow and collaboration processes
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
Key Skills and Experience
- 5+ years experience in performance marketing, with at least 2 years in leadership roles
- Track record of growing agency revenue and client relationships
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of major platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Ability to identify market opportunities and develop service offerings
- Experience building and mentoring high-performing teams
- Skilled at developing scalable systems and workflows
- Expertise across both B2B and B2C performance marketing
- Strong history of managing and growing client relationships
- Comfortable with complex analytics and performance optimization
- Focused on driving measurable business outcomes
- Detail-oriented & organized
- Ability and strong desire to problem-solve
- Positive attitude and a self-starter
- Ability to handle changing priorities
- Time management skills and efficient working style
