We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Content Marketing Manager to develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with Clockworks' Mission and business goals, and engages our audience across the full buyer journey—from early awareness to customer evangelist. This role will connect demand generation, product marketing, customer communications, and industry thought leadership, helping solidify Clockworks as a category leader in building analytics software.

The ideal candidate has strong B2B SaaS experience and thrives translating complex, building analytics and technical concepts into human-centered stories that connect data to real-world impact—highlighting the people, challenges, and operational outcomes behind the technology. You should exhibit cross-channel talent—crafting compelling narratives for LinkedIn and social, high-converting website copy, email campaigns, and strategic long-form assets that work together as an integrated content engine.

Experience in PropTech, facilities management, energy, HVAC, or buildings technology is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do

Audit Clockwork’s Content Library: Identify gaps and opportunities for fresh content. Identify key industry themes and narrative pillars across FDD, facilities operations, energy, and AI-driven insights.

Develop & Execute a Content Strategy: Own the editorial calendar and ensure content supports brand awareness, pipeline acceleration, sales enablement, and customer renewals/expansion. Align content marketing strategy to revenue goals and go-to-market position.

Create & Manage Multi-Format Content: Create, edit, and manage multi-format content including blog posts, white papers, case studies, LinkedIn Newsletters, webinars, sales enablement assets, and executive thought leadership.

  • Drive industry thought leadership by developing relevant, scalable content programs and conference speaking narratives.
  • Own the case study pipeline, capturing measurable customer outcomes and ROI stories.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing team to ensure content supports go-to-market initiatives.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex analytics and building system topics into compelling stories.
  • Identify and engage internal Clockworks experts to contribute to content initiatives—as presenters, ghost writers, etc.
  • Support executive visibility initiatives including LinkedIn content, bylined articles, and industry contributions.

Measure & Optimize: Measure and analyze content performance to refine strategy and continuously optimize messaging based on engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact.

AI Search Visibility: Drive AI search visibility and digital authority by building answer-engine content, strengthening keyword pages, monitoring presence in AI-generated results, and leveraging analytics to improve discoverability and share of voice.
