Our client, an innovative and fast-growing manufacturer of professional AV and videoconferencing technology, is seeking an experienced UK / EU Sales Manager to drive regional growth, strengthen channel partnerships, and expand market presence across Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation at an exciting stage of expansion, working with leading distributors, integrators, consultants, and end customers across the AV and unified collaboration sector.
The Role
As Sales Manager for the UK/EU region, you will take ownership of growing brand awareness, driving revenue and increasing market share. Working closely with channel partners and internal stakeholders, your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging product and sales training to distributors, integrators, and consultants
- Managing distribution partnerships and monitoring stock, orders and joint sales/marketing opportunities
- Driving new business development, opening new channels and building relationships with end users
- Actively managing and developing a project pipeline
- Providing both pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including travel to customer sites as required
- Identifying new product ideas or concepts to support future product development
- Collaborating with internal teams on wider product and marketing initiatives
About You
We are looking for a proactive, motivated Sales Manager with strong technical understanding and a passion for the professional AV sector. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Extensive experience in sales and business development within the audio-visual market
- A proven track record of successful B2B sales
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate groups of any size
- Solid knowledge of AV integration & system design ideally with some technical qualifications such as AVIXA CTS certification
- Understanding of unified collaboration technologies, including USB, networking protocols (TCP/UDP/IP) and AV/IT signal flows
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all organisational levels
- Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team
- Fluency in English plus one additional European language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel regularly across Europe
