Your role as Product Manager
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, design, and delivery of an enterprise action tracking and workflow governance platform supporting executive initiatives. This product will be used by senior leaders and teams of constituent engineers to track the "big actions": high-visibility commitments, cross-organizational initiatives, and executive decisions that move the business forward. Azure DevOps has been selected as the desired platform, and we are looking for a product-minded technical leader who can take that direction forward and shepherd the solution through every phase of the product lifecycle.
This is not a traditional engineering or delivery management role. We are specifically looking for someone who can own a product end-to-end, articulating the vision, defining the strategy, leading design, driving implementation, stabilizing the solution post-launch, and landing it with each of its intended audiences.
As a Product Manager at Bridge Partners, you will partner with senior client stakeholders and Bridge Partners SMEs to take a critical executive ask, quickly navigate areas of ambiguity, and turn it into a well-architected, defensible product. The ideal candidate combines strong product management instincts with hands-on familiarity with Azure DevOps and the confidence to operate at the executive level. This engagement has the potential for growth, and the team member in this role will be positioned to help scope and shape the team as the work evolves.
How you'll contribute
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the executive action tracker, ensuring alignment with sponsoring executives and the business unit's broader operating rhythm
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering with senior stakeholders to define the problem space, success criteria, and the working definition of an "executive action"—including taxonomy, lifecycle states, ownership models, and reporting needs
- Translate executive intent into a clear product strategy and articulated solution approach on Azure DevOps
- Lead the design phase, facilitating working sessions, producing solution specs, and pressure-testing the approach against alternatives before committing to build
- Drive implementation in partnership with Azure DevOps platform and governance SMEs, managing scope, sequencing, and trade-offs
- Lead stabilization post-build: monitor early usage, triage issues, and refine the configuration against the realities of executive use
- Own user readiness and adoption, including executive enablement, briefings, and the feedback loop that turns v1 into v2
- Communicate clearly and concisely with senior client stakeholders and Bridge Partners leadership on status, risks, and decisions Identify scope expansion opportunities and help shape team structure as the engagement grows
Your skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience owning a product or solution through the full lifecycle: vision, strategy, design, implementation, stabilization, and user adoption
- Experience delivering for senior executive audiences and comfort presenting to and taking direction from VP-level and above stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, including Boards, work item customization, queries, and dashboards Strong solutioning and articulation skills
- Able to take an ambiguous executive ask and turn it into a clear, defensible product approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate fluently between executive intent and technical configuration
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and requirements gathering skills
- Experience supporting executive action tracking, PMO governance, OKR systems, or enterprise portfolio management strongly preferred
- Experience consulting to enterprise technology clients preferred
- Comfortable working within governance-heavy or security-conscious environments
- Ability to speak confidently about product vision, lifecycle ownership, executive stakeholder management, and Azure DevOps as a leadership-facing solution platform
