What You’ll Be Doing

This role is critical to driving scalable, sustainable growth across our iGaming affiliate portfolio. Organic search is the backbone of our traffic and revenue model, and this role ensures we stay competitive in a fast-moving and highly-competitive SERP landscape. With deep technical expertise and a strategic mindset, you will lead the charge on identifying growth opportunities, improving site performance, and aligning SEO with commercial priorities. Your work will directly impact user acquisition, conversion rates, and ultimately our overall growth ambitions. Beyond hands-on execution, you'll play a key role in shaping long-term strategy, mentoring team members, and embedding SEO best practice across the business. In short, this role is about turning great SEO into measurable business impact, marrying performance-driven thinking with deep search expertise.

Your key responsibilities

• Drive and continually refine key SEO initiative across multiple domains to increase rankings, traffic, and revenue.
• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and work closely with developers to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Identify and prioritise high-value content opportunities based on search demand, competition, and commercial potential.
• Collaborate with content, product, and commercial teams to ensure alignment between SEO priorities and broader business goals.
• Leverage tools like GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to monitor and analyse site performance.
• Stay on top of Google algorithm updates and iGaming SERP trends, proactively adapting strategy as needed.
• Champion best practice SEO processes across the business, mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
• Support the Head of Growth with forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.

We’re looking for…

• Proven track record of driving organic growth in competitive industries either in-house or at an agency.
• Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content optimisation, and off-page strategies.
• Comfortable with large-scale site structures, crawl budgets, indexing issues, and CMS management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insight that drives SEO success.
• Experience working in affiliate or performance-driven environments is highly desirable.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. devs, content, commercial) to implement SEO improvements.
• Proactive individual who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
• Extensive experience of hands-on SEO experience, ideally in high-competition verticals.
• Deep understanding of technical SEO, including crawlability, site speed, structured data, indexing, and canonicalisation.
• Strong experience using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and site crawlers.

It would be a bonus if you have...

• iGaming (including Sports Betting) experience
• Experience at an Affiliate business and associated tracking nuance
• Experience with multi-geo SEO and multilingual content
