We’re growing fast and looking for a creative, strategic Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story, build our online community, and drive engagement and sales.

Position Overview 

The Social Media Coordinator will lead the strategy, content creation, and community management across all MetaFlex social platforms. This role requires both creative vision and data-driven strategy to grow brand awareness, foster customer relationships, and increase conversions. Our Social Media Coordinator will report to our CEO and Brand Manager. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with MetaFlex’s brand goals and marketing objectives.
• Create and curate engaging, on-brand content (photo, video, copy) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
• Manage social media content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting on all platforms.
• Monitor trends, competitors, and audience insights to continuously improve content and strategy.
• Brainstorm and experiment with fresh, out-of-the-box content ideas like memes, reels, trends, and whatever fun on-brand concepts can capture our audience’s attention.
• Collaborate with our founder, marketing team, hand therapists, and customer community to source authentic stories and testimonials.
• Engage with followers: respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with paid media specialists to support ad campaigns.
• Partner with influencers, therapists, and brand ambassadors for collaborations and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional social media management experience (brand, agency, or personal brand experience considered).
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate product benefits into compelling content.
• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva and Adobe Creative Suite).
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Experience in health, wellness, or e-commerce industries is a plus.
• Passion for helping people live healthier, pain-free lives is a big bonus!
