Your Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize online and offline marketing campaigns to boost Meight’s brand awareness and generate new leads.
• Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials to captivate and inspire interaction from our target audience.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like Facebook Business Suite, and provide actionable insights for improvements.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to ensure alignment in campaigns and messaging.

What You Bring:

• Completed commercial training or a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Studies, Media Management, or a related field.
• Initial experience in marketing and communications, as well as with common marketing tools.
• Familiarity with creating and managing advertising campaigns and using tools like Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Interest in the latest marketing trends and digital innovations, such as AI-powered campaigns.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary: €40K + company equity.
