We are working with a high-growth, multi-brand ecommerce retailer transforming how homeowners and trade customers shop online for home improvement products. In just over a decade, our client has scaled from start-up to £50m+ annual revenue, built a team of 150+ people, and attracted millions of website visits each year. The Performance Marketing Manager will take hands-on ownership of paid search and paid social activity across three established ecommerce brands, managing significant monthly budgets and driving profitable growth at scale.
The Performance Marketing Manager will:
– Own end-to-end optimisation across Google Ads (PPC, Shopping, PMAX) and Microsoft Ads
– Manage c.£500k/month in search spend and £80k/month across paid social
– Drive retargeting and audience strategies to maximise ROI and margin
– Analyse large product data sets (20k+ SKUs) to inform bidding and budget allocation
– Test new channels including display and emerging paid platforms
The Performance Marketing Manager will require:
– 3+ years’ experience in paid search and paid social, ideally within ecommerce
– Strong analytical skills, confident handling large data sets and performance reports
– Commercial mindset focused on profit, not just revenue growth
– Hands-on experience with GA4, PMAX, Shopping, Meta and bid strategies
– Intellectual curiosity, numerical confidence and a proactive learning approach
